Enquiry information

The contact form asks for your name, email and message. You can optionally choose a service. It also includes the page or service source to help explain your enquiry. Formspree processes the form and delivers it to Scott. The information is used to respond to your request and discuss the work you are considering.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or sensitive customer records in this form. We can agree on a suitable way to share relevant project records if needed.

Booking a call

The primary booking button loads Calendly on this page. A separate link opens Calendly in a new tab if you prefer. Information you provide there is processed by Calendly for booking. Details typed into the message form are not automatically forwarded to the calendar.

The optional assessment and tools

The assessment and interactive calculators or checklists create results from information you enter or select. Those results remain in your browser tab unless you choose an action such as “Send this summary to Scott” or “Discuss these results.” If you choose that action, the result is placed into the enquiry form in your browser so you can review it before sending. Nothing is submitted until you press Send or complete a booking yourself.

Third-party services

Formspree, Calendly, the website host and your email provider may process information as part of delivering their services. Their policies explain their handling of that information. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, campaign sources and interactions with booking links, assessments and tools. Accepted enquiry-form submissions and confirmed appointments made through the embedded calendar are recorded as separate events. Opening a booking link does not count as a completed appointment. Automatic form and site-search measurement is disabled. Analytics page URLs exclude free-text query parameters and fragments; only recognised campaign labels and supported advertising click identifiers are retained. Google signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled for this Analytics property. The Google Ads tag separately measures successful enquiry-form submissions. Google may use cookies and advertising click identifiers to connect a visit or enquiry with an ad interaction. We do not include your name, email address or message in the conversion event. Recognised campaign labels from a link, such as Google or LinkedIn and the named service, may be retained in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and included with an enquiry you submit. This helps Scott understand which campaign led to the conversation. Our campaign-label storage does not retain arbitrary link parameters, advertising click IDs or your typed form details. Google’s separate tag may process advertising click identifiers for conversion measurement.
