Systems & reporting
E-commerce reporting you can make decisions with.
If every stock or margin question starts with another spreadsheet, the reporting needs attention. I help connect your records, define the measures and build a clearer view of what your business needs to act on.

Map the records and the decisions
Start with what your team needs to decide and which source should be authoritative for each record. Then map how orders, stock, fees and returns move through the business.
- Data-source and ownership mapping
- SKU and channel identifier alignment
- Manual handoff and reconciliation review
- Reporting definitions and refresh requirements
Power BI and operating reports
Build reporting around questions such as which SKUs need replenishment, which channels contribute margin and which exceptions need attention. Refresh schedules, access and connector availability are confirmed for your systems.
- Channel and SKU performance views
- Stock cover, replenishment and exceptions
- Returns, fees and settlement reporting
- Definitions, access controls and handover documentation
ERP and channel integration planning
Document requirements before choosing or changing software. I help evaluate how the proposed workflow will handle products, orders, returns and inventory, including the exceptions that can disrupt an apparently simple integration.
Validate before relying on automation
Test the agreed workflow with representative records and exceptions. Reconcile the results to the source, define failure handling and give the team a clear process for unresolved items. Specific development and third-party software costs are scoped separately where applicable.
Questions before we start
Do I need a new ERP?
Not necessarily. The issue may be reporting definitions, a missing integration or an inconsistent process. A review helps distinguish these before a larger system investment.
Can reports start from Excel or CSV exports?
Yes. A useful first version can use agreed exports while integration requirements are clarified. The source and refresh timing should remain visible.
Do you support Power BI?
Yes. Reporting work can include data requirements, models and dashboards, with access and refresh arrangements suited to your environment.
How often will the data update?
The refresh schedule depends on your source systems, APIs, connectors and licences. We confirm what is practical, make the timing visible and define how exceptions are handled.
